Job summary

Aeropeople Ltd is seeking a Fleet Performance Engineer for a British regional airline, based in Manchester, to manage the preventative maintenance programme and lead the airline's predictive maintenance for the Embraer E190 fleet.

You will work within Maintenance Control, ensuring reliability and on-time performance, using data analytics and monitoring tools to drive decisions and liaise with OEMs and service providers.

Qualifications

• CAA Part-66 B1/B2 licence or equivalent qualification.
• Type rating on Embraer E190 or experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Part-CAMO, Part-M and Part-145 requirements.
• Experience in technical services, certification and maintenance from a continued airworthiness viewpoint.
• Strong data analytics capability to report on complex data.

Responsibilities

• Produce Engineering Technical Requirements to address defects and plan spares.
• Maintain Technical Dispatch Reliability focus to meet targets.
• Manage Fleet Monitoring Systems and develop operational reports.
• Review Flight Data events with Safety Services for follow-up.
• Identify rogue components and coordinate with materials management for follow-up.
