Based around London City, the role of Fleet Performance Engineer focuses on predictive maintenance, reliability, and keeping our Embraer E190 fleet on time and safe for passengers.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze data and drive improvements. You’ll be embedded in Maintenance Control, developing maintenance programs, reporting on performance, and acting as

Qualifications

• CAA Part-66 B1/B2 licence or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Type rating on Embraer E190 or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Part-CAMO/Part-M/Part-145 requirements.
• Experience in Technical Services and continued airworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance tasks and schedules to keep our fleet flying.
• Communicate requirements to engineering teams with work instructions.
• Develop and present operational and performance reports.
• Provide technical support to Maintrol team and troubleshoot defects.
• Collaborate with Safety Service and Air Ops on flight data events.
