Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Reliability Engineer based in Manchester to manage and develop a preventative maintenance programme and lead the predictive maintenance philosophy.

You will identify maintenance tasks from multiple data sources, ensure Technical Dispatch Reliability, and develop operational and performance reports while collaborating with Safety Service and Air Ops teams. UK/Europe travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in aircraft maintenance, with Embraer E190 preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
  • Understanding of CAA/EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M, and Part 145 requirements.
  • Ability to hold a full airside pass and travel within the UK and Europe.
