Job summary

Lupos Global is seeking a UK CAA Fleet Performance Engineer to be based in Manchester. This permanent role focuses on developing and leading the predictive maintenance programme for the fleet, with emphasis on reliability and on-time performance.

You will communicate requirements to line and base engineering teams, generate performance reports, and support the Maintrol Team with complex issue troubleshooting. Start ASAP; dayshift, Monday to Friday, in Manchester.

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part-66 B1/B2 licence or equivalent engineering qualification is required.
• Type rating on Embraer E190 or equivalent technical experience.
• Working knowledge of CAA/EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M and Part-145 requirements.
• Experience in Technical Services and practical continued airworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the preventive maintenance programme for the fleet.
• Lead the airlines predictive maintenance philosophy to improve reliability.
• Develop, maintain and present operational and performance reports.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Maintrol Team.
