Job summary

England Rugby is seeking a Fleet Operations Executive to join the People Team – Business Operations. Based at Allianz Stadium with some flexibility to work from home, the role manages day-to-day fleet administration, supplier coordination and policy compliance to deliver efficient services.

You will analyse fleet data, produce reports and dashboards, support budgeting and cost control, and build partnerships with leasing providers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet operations, administration or business support.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with fleet suppliers and service providers.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and admin of the company vehicle fleet.
• Manage end-to-end vehicle lifecycle including orders, allocations and returns.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance and vehicle downtime with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
• Produce fleet reports, dashboards and management information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to drivers and managers on fleet policies.
