DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator in Birmingham. The role focuses on day-to-day vehicle management administration, documentation control, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

You will report to the Transport Manager and support the operation to maintain smooth fleet functions. The successful candidate will have proven fleet experience, IT literacy, and Tachomaster knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within fleet.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office packages.
• TachoMaster knowledge.
• General transport operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Report to Transport Manager and support day-to-day vehicle management administration.
• Manage documentation and vehicles ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare transport documents and ensure SOP compliance.
• Keep administration up to date and accurate.
• Control Tachomaster and ensure weekly reports are completed.
