Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Birmingham is seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to support vehicle management and daily fleet administration. You will report to Transport Manager, manage documents, ensure compliance, and prepare transport paperwork according to SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have fleet experience, IT literacy, knowledge of TachoMaster and general transport operations. The role offers a permanent full-time contract and the chance to join a leading logistics team.

Qualifications

• Experience within fleet operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of TachoMaster systems
• Understanding of general transport operations

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Transport Manager and supporting day-to-day operational administration for vehicle management activities.
• Managing documentation and vehicles while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Preparing transport documents and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Ensuring all administration is up to date and accurate.
• Control Tachomaster and complete weekly reports

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Reporting to Transport Manager, and working alongside the operation with responsibility for day to day operational administration for the vehicle management activities.
• Managing documentation and vehicles whilst ensuring the business compliance is protected efficiently in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Transport documents - ensure compliance with standard operating procedure.
• Ensuring all administration is up to date and accurate
• Control Tachomaster and ensure the weekly reports are completed

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
