Job summary

Network Plus group in Worsley is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Fleet Team, handling day-to-day administration and supporting fleet operations.

You will manage damage-related tasks, liaise with accounts and depots, and handle supplier queries, POs, and system administration to keep the fleet moving smoothly. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage Connectwise damages inbox
• Update Key2 with new damage packs, images & costs
• First line checking of damage packs from suppliers, rejecting any and all that fail to comply to required standards
• Liaise with accounts / depots regarding billing / PO queries
• Raise and issue POs using Dynamix
• Resolve non-technical queries with suppliers
• Key2 system administration
• General administrative assistant to damage team
