Job summary

Amentum is seeking a qualified administrator for the USAFE GPMS Vehicles Fleet maintenance program. You will plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance, ensuring compliance with USAF requirements and the DynCorp QMS.

The role requires handling DPAS, JDRS, and related data, with travel and security clearance as needed. The ideal candidate has USAF experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in vehicle maintenance administration.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• DPAS experience or ability to complete required USAF DPAS courses.
• USAF experience required.
• Must have a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent; three years of admin experience, preferably in a vehicle maintenance environment.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and submits an annual and monthly schedule for maintenance on all USAF vehicle assets.
• Monitors workload and coordinates with supervision to control workflow.
• Tracks vehicles transitioning from Vehicle Down for Parts (VDP) to Vehicle down for maintenance (VDM) status.
• Ensures DPAS records are up-to-date with received parts.
• Verifies one-time repair limits are not exceeded when requesting repair parts.
• Oversees acceptance inspections (LTI) for newly received vehicles and disposition LTI.
