Job summary

Maginot Support Services, Inc. (MS2USA) seeks a Vehicle Management Liaison at Shaw AFB to coordinate GPMS fleet operations and act as the primary contact between the contractor and 9AF/AFCENT. The role includes data analysis, resource management, and supporting MRAP/JLTV requirements.

You will handle administrative tasks, schedule and facilitate meetings, and work closely with the 9AF(AFCENT)/A4 Staff at Shaw AFB, SC. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. state driver’s license.
• Must have a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (Active or able to pass clearance).
• Maintains access and certifications on FMIS, DPAS, LIMS-EV, TRT, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to organize meetings.
• Able to travel internationally.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is desirable.
• Works in a normal office environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compiling and analyzing reports reflecting GPMS vehicle fleet status and recommending actions.
• Coordinate with the Amentum Vehicle FAM on GPMS fleet issues raised by AFCENT A4RV.
• Distribute the Daily Vehicle Report (DVR) to appropriate entities.
• Compile and distribute monthly Tunner and Halverson Reports.
• Maintain FMIS access and certifications to process GPMS vehicle transactions.
• Develop GPMS taskers and RFIs based on Government requirements and route them through channels.
• Facilitate and coordinate vehicle reconstitution priorities and depot program requirements.
• Coordinate and track outload status of vehicle movements for contingencies and exercises.
• Provide OPLAN support by identifying GPMS assets and source locations.
• Monitor progress of special programs (Fire Truck mods, RADR vehicles).
• Ensure distribution and tracking of TCTO and SBs affecting GPMS vehicles.
• Assist with Government-provided training required by the contractor.
• Facilitate monthly production meetings between Government and contractor; recap and track deliverables.
• Coordinate GPMS site visits for Government Functional managers.
• Work at Shaw AFB, SC and be co-located with USAFCENT A4RV Staff.
• NOTE: Duties may be changed, expanded, reduced, or delegated as needed.
