Job summary

Harsco Rail, a global division of Enviri Corporation, seeks a part-time administrator to support field service and maintenance managers. You will maintain Fleet Asset Management System records, prepare weekly reports, and ensure timely data-driven updates across teams.

The role requires strong Excel and Access skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent).
• Experience in Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Prior experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Update FAMS to close scheduled maintenance work-orders, with electronic attachments.
• Create unscheduled maintenance Work-Orders in FAMS and close out with attachments.
• Create work arising Work-Orders in FAMS.
• Manage the FAMS asset tracker document with the FAMS team.
• Maintain and update a register of unscheduled faults.
