Job summary

Harsco Rail is seeking an organized administrative professional to support the Field Service Manager and Maintenance Managers. You will maintain Fleet Asset records, generate weekly reports, and ensure documentation for maintenance activity is complete and stored according to policy.

The role requires strong Excel/Access skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while communicating across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• GCSE Mathematics and English are required.
• Experience in Excel and Microsoft Access.
• Prior experience in an administrative role; proficient IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Update FAMS to close scheduled maintenance work-orders and attach all documentation.
• Create unscheduled maintenance Work-Orders and close with documentation.
• Create work arising Work-Orders in FAMS.
• Manage the FAMS asset tracker document with the FAMS team.
• Maintain a register of unscheduled faults and monitor outstanding work orders.
• Liaise with 3rd party contractors to arrange bookings and site visits.
