EW Recruitment Limited is seeking a Transport and Logistics Administrator in Colnbrook. The role supports the transport and logistics function with administration and coordination tasks in a fast-paced, rotational shift pattern to aid business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, experience in transport or fleet operations, and be able to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate records and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Confident with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience in transport or fleet operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain driver compliance and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with depots, drivers, agencies and internal teams to optimise vehicle movements across regional depots.
• Book agency drivers, arrange travel and accommodation, coordinate vehicle movements.
• Maintain accurate records in systems such as Optrax and BigChange.
• Monitor and report transport-related costs (leasing, agency, travel, fuel) and identify cost savings.
• Support invoice reconciliation and provide regular updates to the team.
• Manage competing priorities, deadlines and produce clear cost reports.
