Seapeak in Glasgow is seeking a Fleet Personnel Manager to lead the Marine HR Operations team across Glasgow and Manila, ensuring compliant crew management and adherence to MTWS. The role supports Vessel Managers and the Director, Marine HR & HSE in fleet Manning goals and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of Manning functions.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with marine training legislation.
• 5 years of experience in Marine HR Operations.

Responsabilités

• Treat safety and environmental compliance as a top priority.
• Lead the Fleet Marine HR Operations team and coach Lead MPOs.
• Manage third-party manning agencies across locations worldwide.
• Oversee crew management including compliance, planning, STCW, MLC and IMO.
• Support strategic planning and development of Marine HR procedures.
• Ensure correct application of Marine HR procedures and maintain docs.
• Manage disciplinary processes for Senior Officers and guide juniors.
• Attend seafarer conferences and participate in audits as required.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly Marine HR KPI reports and budgets.
