Job summary

Jobwise Ltd is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Appleton, Warrington to support HGV drivers and the fleet operation. You will coordinate breakdowns, repairs and maintenance, and own incidents from start to finish in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires experience in a customer service or logistics setting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are highly desirable due to location and transport links.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet coordination or logistics
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence (and access to own vehicle) is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, repairs and maintenance with suppliers
• Respond to driver calls and resolve fleet queries within set timescales
• Maintain fleet records and update the internal fleet management system
• Take ownership of fleet incidents from start to finish with operations teams
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure service levels are met
