Job summary

JOBWISE in Appleton, Warrington, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support a busy fleet. You will manage vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance with external suppliers, liaising with drivers and operations to resolve incidents quickly.

This role suits those with customer service or logistics experience who can work under pressure, keep accurate fleet records and use MS Office. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are highly desirable due to limited public transport.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, logistics or fleet administration role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance with suppliers.
• Respond to driver calls and resolve fleet queries within set timescales.
• Take ownership of fleet incidents through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and update the internal system.
• Support the Fleet Administration team and cover holidays.
