Job summary

Proman is looking for a Transport Compliance Coordinator in Immingham to help keep a busy fleet safe and compliant. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections and defect management across multiple centres, working closely with drivers, planners, depots and suppliers.

You'll monitor schedules, maintain fleet records and support audits for Operator Licence compliance. Strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication are essential in this role, which is a 12-month

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet administration or compliance is advantageous.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• A proactive, professional approach to managing priorities and solving problems.
• Knowledge of drivers' hours, fleet maintenance, FORS, DVS or Operator Licence compliance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, inspections, MOTs, repairs and defect management.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, fleet compliance and vehicle availability.
• Maintain accurate fleet and compliance records.
• Liaise with drivers, planners, depots, workshops and suppliers.
• Support audits and Operator Licence compliance.
