DFDS is seeking a Transport Compliance Coordinator to support day-to-day fleet and driver compliance across multiple operating centres in the United Kingdom. The role is a 12-month fixed term, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, working with drivers, planners and operations to keep the fleet compliant and running smoothly.

You will coordinate servicing, inspections and defect management, maintain compliance records, and assist audits and supplier performance reviews in a dynamic transport environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet administration, compliance or similar operations.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships at all levels of the business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of driver hours legislation and transport regulations is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, MOTs, repairs and defect management across the fleet.
• Manage relationships with workshops, maintenance providers and external service partners.
• Monitor vehicle compliance and maintenance schedules to ensure fleet availability and legal compliance.
• Support supplier performance reviews, cost control initiatives and service delivery standards.
• Liaise with drivers, planners, depots and workshop providers to minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, compliance documentation and maintenance histories.
• Support audits, investigations and fleet compliance activities in line with DFDS requirements.
