Job summary

DX Group is seeking a Multi-Site Transport Compliance Manager to oversee fleet compliance across multiple depots, ensuring adherence to operator licences and current legislation. The role supports DX operations with technical expertise and maintains DX Policy & Procedures.

You will be responsible for onboarding PAYE, agency drivers and subcontractors, building efficiencies and driving continuous improvement with external contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

CPC Manager qualification required or suitable transport management experience if currently unqualified.
Expert knowledge of driver and vehicle legislation and compliance regimes.
Proven background in transport compliance within a depot or multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

Manage fleet compliance across depot(s) in line with operator licences and DX Policy & Procedures.
Oversee vehicle service planning and ensure timely checks/inspections.
Conduct driver licence checks for PAYE/agency and sub-contractor drivers; complete subcontractor reviews.
Produce reporting to drive efficiency, improvements and customer satisfaction.
