Job summary

Winsearch in Immingham is seeking a Transport Compliance Coordinator to support a busy fleet, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency across multiple operating centres. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance and compliance activity with drivers, planners, depots and suppliers.

The role covers servicing, inspections, MOTs, repairs and defect management, plus monitoring schedules and fleet availability while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, fleet administration or compliance is required.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• A proactive, professional approach to managing priorities and solving problems.
• Knowledge of drivers’ hours, fleet maintenance, FORS, DVS or Operator Licence compliance is beneficial.

About the role

Join our client’s team and help keep a busy fleet safe, compliant and running efficiently. You’ll coordinate vehicle maintenance and compliance activity across multiple operating centres, working with drivers, planners, depots, workshops and suppliers.
