Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a proactive Local Business Development Executive in Barnsley (S71) to identify and win new business, manage fleet accounts, and promote our client’s vehicle and aftersales solutions.

This field-based role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building strong local relationships with businesses, while coordinating with sales and aftersales teams to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Work Experience Minimum 2 years' sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate and win new business.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
• Build and manage a database of business and fleet customers.
• Attend customer meetings on-site and off-site.
• Promote vehicle sales, fleet solutions, aftersales services and parts.
• Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
• Generate and convert sales opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports using CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
