Manpower is seeking a Fleet Base Shunter / Fleet HGV Driver in Chalgrove to join a busy fleet operation. The role combines yard shunting with vehicle movements, maintenance liaison, and fleet support activities to ensure vehicles are available and safe for use.

The ideal candidate holds a valid HGV licence (Category C or C+E) with a Digital Tachograph Card, demonstrates strong vehicle handling and safety awareness, and has prior experience in transport or fleet environments.

Qualificações

• Valid Category C or C+E HGV licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Excellent vehicle handling and safety awareness.
• Experience in transport, fleet, logistics or shunting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Move HGVs and fleet vehicles safely around the site and local operations.
• Position vehicles for servicing, maintenance, inspections, and use.
• Complete vehicle checks and report defects.
• Support fleet management activities and vehicle availability.
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and vehicle documentation where required.
