Manpower UK in High Wycombe is recruiting a Base Shunter to join a busy operation. You will move vehicles and trailers safely around the yard and coordinate with teams to keep loading, unloading, and dispatch on schedule.

The ideal candidate has shunting or yard experience; an HGV licence is desirable but not required. You will work in a professional transport environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance across the site.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Base Shunter to join a busy and growing operation in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced yard operative, shunter, or HGV driver looking for a stable, permanent role within a professional transport environment.
As a Base Shunter, you will be responsible for the safe movement of vehicles and trailers around the site, ensuring the yard operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
