Job summary

Global is seeking a Fleet Assistant to support the prestige brand experience by managing vehicle handovers and contributing to smooth fleet operations at our Leeds site. You will help ensure records are accurate, vehicles are checked in and out, and the presentation is of the highest standard.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Full training will be provided, and a full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Able to use a PDA for on-site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vehicle handover for customers.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer focus and provide informed support.
• Check in and check out vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles, record damage and missing items with photos and descriptions.
• Move vehicles safely around site and to/from valeting bay.
• Prepare vehicles for sale with accurate condition documentation.
