Job summary

Stobart, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Fleet Administrator for the Appleton Thorn site. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, with a salary up to £27,031 per year dependent on experience.

The role supports the Transport Department and Fleet Manager by handling fleet administration, tachograph data, and record accuracy to ensure compliance and efficiency in a busy transport operation.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with fleet or transport admin is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tachograph system data entry.
• Keep maintenance records for the fleet and Operator Licence.
• Validate daily VOR/Service board and escalate service slippage.
• Manage driver holidays and sickness in the TruTac system.
• Ensure accuracy of all defect and service records.
• Onboard/offboard fleets and maintain system records.
