Job summary

Culina Logistics in Market Drayton is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

You will oversee maintenance records, maintain fleet data on company systems, compile vehicle reports, and manage tachograph records and driver training documentation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-14:30, with a salary of £22,678.50.

The role involves supporting depot investigations and providing timely reports to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining vehicle fleet data on company systems.
• Compiling reports on vehicle maintenance.
• Administration and data entry to correct and maintain the Company’s tachograph system
• Booking and keeping records of periodic driver training.
• Administration of all toll road accounts.
• Supporting depot investigations by providing vehicle related data.
• Handling feedback from members of public.
• Providing various reports / spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
• Carrying out any other formal and legal duties.
• Record keeping and archive control.

Our Market Drayton site have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Salary:£22,678.50

Working hours:Monday - Friday (days),09:00-14:30 (6.5hr shifts)

Key Duties of a Fleet Administrator:
