Job summary

Vertu BMW Durham is recruiting a Fleet Administrator to join our team. You will ensure invoices and vehicle taxation are completed accurately, create vehicle and customer records, and maintain a clean customer database and vehicle history.

The role requires previous Vehicle Administrator experience, Leaselink/Ebbon system knowledge, and strong IT and numerical skills. Full training is provided. Working days 08:30–17:00 with a basic salary of £26,436.80 and a range of colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator.
• Leaselink / Ebbon computer systems experience essential.
• Excellent IT / PC and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoices and vehicle taxation completed accurately and on time.
• Create vehicle and customer records and maintain customer database and vehicle history.
• Order vehicles from the factory, organise subcontract work, and progress orders to delivery.

Job description

This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for ordering vehicles on the factory, organising subcontract work and progressing the order through to point of delivery. We're looking for the successful applicant to have previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator. Leaselink / Ebbon computer systems experience is essential. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required. Full training will be provided for the right applicant. We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to come and join our team at Vertu BMW Durham! We are offering a basic salary of £26,436.80. You will be working dayshift hours from 08:30am - 17:00pm. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
