We’re not your average car finance brokerage. Our unique subprime model turns declined applications into closed deals, delivering value across the board for lenders, brokers, and customers. Now, we’re looking for a confident, motivated Account Manager to join our fully remote team and be part of our continued success story.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling pre-approved, ready-to-go applications—no cold calling, no chasing dead leads
  • Managing relationships with customers, dealers, and lenders with a consultative, professional approach
  • Guiding customers through the finance journey with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
  • Closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover from approval to purchase
  • Keeping on top of documentation, FCA compliance, and system updates

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience from within the car finance brokerage environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Hire Purchase finance and FCA regulations
  • Familiarity with platforms like Autoconvert and lender portals
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with the ability to work independently
  • First-class communication, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Industry experience in car finance is essential (please don't apply without it)
