Mitie Group plc. in London is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to be the face of a flagship corporate office, shaping how employees, visitors and clients experience the space with warmth, professionalism and hospitality.

You will unite Workplace Experience, Front of House, Cleaning, Security and Facilities teams to deliver seamless services, uphold brand prestige and continuously enhance the workplace experience through leadership, stakeholder engagement and data-driven improvements.

• Experience leading workplace experience, hospitality, facilities or customer-focused operations within a corporate or premium environment.
• A naturally engaging and relationship-focused approach.
• The confidence and credibility to work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape the experience of everyone who enters the building, ensuring a welcoming, professional and memorable environment.
• Lead and align Workplace Experience, Front of House, Cleaning, Security and Facilities teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as an advisor on workplace improvements.
• Maintain the prestige and reputation of the workplace by reflecting the organisation’s brand and values.
• Oversee seamless delivery of facilities services and ensure Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards are met.
