Job summary

JD Sports is recruiting a Senior Floor Manager for one of our flagship stores in the United Kingdom. You will lead the floor team, own day-to-day operations, and deliver the premium JD service standard, driving sales performance and exceptional customer experience.

• Supervisory or management experience in fast-paced retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor to deliver JD service standards and premium customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance through merchandising, stock management, and team motivation.
• Own store KPIs and ensure consistent progress and strong results.
• Support opening/closing routines, cash processes, audits, stock accuracy, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop colleagues to build a high-performing team.
