Job summary

Quest Search & Selection is recruiting for a Flagship Store Manager based in Westfield, London. You will lead a high-performing retail team and own store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and proven capability to coach and develop teams. You will manage the store P&L, visual merchandising and stock control to meet KPI targets in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Store Manager experience in fashion/accessories/retail desirable.
• Experience managing a high-turnover retail store with annual sales of £2 million.
• Customer-first mindset with consultative selling experience.
• Excellent operational management including stock accuracy and loss prevention.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with KPIs and store profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

• A strong customer-first mindset with experience in a consultative or one-to-one selling environment.
• Excellent operational management skills, including stock accuracy and loss prevention
• A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to improve performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store profitability.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
