Job summary

Fashion Personnel is seeking a Store Manager for Stratford flagship in London, leading a 13-15 person team in a high-volume skincare, fragrance and beauty environment.

You will drive commercial performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, and own day-to-day operations while coaching staff and supporting new programmes and events.

Previous area/cluster management not essential; leadership, ambition and customer focus are valued for this growing beauty business.

Are you an inspiring retail leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment?

We're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead one of London's largest and most exciting locations for a renowned skincare, fragrance and beauty company.

This is much more than a traditional Store Manager role. The Stratford store is a flagship and pilot location, playing an important role in new initiatives, events, training, recruitment and testing new programmes across the wider business.

You’ll lead a team of around 13-15 people, with the team growing significantly during the Christmas period, and take ownership of a high-volume, commercially important store.
