Quest Search & Selection is recruiting for a globally recognised lifestyle brand in the UK & Europe. The Store Manager will lead a retail team, delivering exceptional customer experience while owning store operations and performance.

You will coach and develop staff and drive profitability through effective stock management and standards. Experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle or health & beauty retail with a customer‑first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven store management or deputy management experience in a customer‑facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team to deliver outstanding customer experience
• Drive sales and KPI performance through strong operations and stock control
• Own store budget, profitability and KPI delivery
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards
• Foster a culture of coaching, learning and succession planning
• Oversee cash handling, attendance, stock management, health & safety
