YOUR MISSION:

• Position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world through strategically managing and promoting sales culture within the Store
• Ensure together with Store Management that the store consistently achieves or even exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service
• Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Assume responsibility for accurately processing sales, exchange, refund transactions and discounts at the cash desk while ensuring the adherence of Discount Policy & Procedures
• Assist the Store Management in recruitment, training, development and succession as well as in preparing and administering performance appraisals of the team
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends and competitive information to drive business together with the Store Manager
• Assume responsibility for Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store. Manage, achieve and try to exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals; Oversee and manage physical inventory counts
• Assist the Store Management in communicating, managing and executing all initiatives and events within budget and according to all Policies & Procedures
  
  

YOUR TALENT:

• 2-3 years of management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably Apparel/Footwear)
• Passion for PUMA Brand
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Customer oriented, reliable and friendly personality
• Recruiting and team development skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and (self) motivational skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to present information to large groups
• Interest in innovation and change
• PC-literacy, general MS-Office knowledge including the use of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet
