Job Description:

YOUR MISSION

  • Position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world through managing and promoting sales culture within the Store.
  • Work with Store Management to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales, and service.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • Handle sales, exchanges, refunds, and discounts accurately at the cash desk, adhering to Discount Policy & Procedures.
  • Support Store Management in recruitment, training, development, and performance appraisals.
  • Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competition to drive business growth.
  • Manage Loss Prevention and operational compliance; oversee inventory and shrink goals and counts.
  • Assist in communicating and executing initiatives and events within budget and policies.
YOUR TALENT
  • 2-3 years management experience in customer-focused retail, preferably Apparel/Footwear.
  • Passion for PUMA Brand.
  • Commercial and financial skills.
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, friendly personality.
