Joma Jewellery Ltd in Milton Keynes is hiring a Gifting & Sales Advisor for our first owned flagship store. You’ll deliver warm, brand-led service, share product stories, and guide customers through personalisation options including monogramming and engraving.

Training will cover equipment use and bespoke gifting experiences. You’ll join a friendly, entrepreneurial team, work flexibly across peak periods and weekends, and help create a welcoming store atmosphere that reflects our bespoke

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service with energy and empathy.
• Confident in speaking to customers and sharing stories.
• Interest in fashion, accessories, jewellery or gifting.
• Ability to operate simple machinery; full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility for shifts.

• Operate personalisation equipment safely and maintain quality finishes.
• Guide customers through bespoke gifting and experiences.
• Keep the personalisation area clean, stocked and compliant with safety rules.
• Suggest add-ons and upsell opportunities to enhance gifts.
• Stay knowledgeable on collections, bestsellers and launches.
