Job summary

Joma Jewellery Ltd is hiring a Gifting & Sales Advisor for our first-owned flagship store in Milton Keynes Central. This fixed-term role runs until 31 January 2027. You’ll deliver heartfelt service, guide personalised gifting, and be a brand ambassador across our jewellery and accessories.

You’ll be trained in our personalisation offerings and play a key role in creating a warm, inviting store, with a focus on customer delight and high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent customer service with energy and empathy.
• Confidence in speaking to customers and sharing stories.
• Interest in fashion, jewellery, or gifting.
• Ability to follow training and operate simple machinery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, heartfelt customer experience at all times.
• Build connections with customers and offer personalised recommendations.
• Share product stories and material/collection inspirations.
• Explain personalisation options, pricing and timelines clearly.
• Maintain a tidy, well-stocked personalisation station and shop floor.
