Job summary

Joma Jewellery Ltd. and Katie Loxton are seeking a Gifting & Sales Advisor for our first-owned flagship store in Milton Keynes Central. The fixed-term contract runs until 31 January 2027.

You’ll deliver heartfelt service, share engaging stories, and guide customers through personalisation options including monogramming and engraving. You’ll become a confident personalisation specialist, maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, and upsell thoughtfully to complete gifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with energy and empathy.
• Confidence in speaking to customers, sharing stories, and offering tailored advice.
• Interest in fashion, accessories, jewellery, or gifting.
• Ability to operate simple machinery or follow hands-on processes (full training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality presentation of products.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a flexible approach to shifts, weekend work, bank holidays and peak trading periods such as Christmas.

• Provides clear guidance on personalisation options, pricing, and turnaround time.
• Handles customer queries and transactions with professionalism and care.
• Ensures every customer interaction feels memorable and brand-led.
• Acts as a personalisation specialist, confidently operating personalisation equipment and ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Guides customers through bespoke gifting offerings and experiences
• Ensures the personalisation area is clean, well-stocked, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Follows display guidelines to showcase product effectively.
