Job summary

Joma Jewellery Ltd. is seeking a Design Bar Host (Keyholder) for our Milton Keynes flagship store. You will welcome customers to a one-hour Design Bar appointment, guiding them through bead, colour and charm choices to craft a personalised charm bracelet and a beautiful presentation.

You will also support the wider store, share product knowledge, and help maintain brand standards with weekend flexibility. Keyholder responsibilities include opening/closing and cash/operational tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, gifting or premium retail is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Host Design Bar appointments from arrival through to departure.
• Inspire customers with bracelet design choices and colour/bead selections.
• Create finished bracelets and presentation cards with attention to detail.
• Make customer-led recommendations to support sales and store KPIs.
• Keep the Design Bar organised, stocked and presentable for every appointment.
• Support selling activity across the wider store when not hosting appointments.
• Take Keyholder responsibility, including opening/closing the store and cash handling.
• Lead by example on shift and maintain exceptional customer service and brand standards.
• Support store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the wider team to foster a high-performing store environment.
