Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to identify customer needs and upsell appropriately.
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in a target-driven role.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Keep customers informed on progress of vehicle repairs with transparency.
- Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
- Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations.
- Schedule workshop appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Make pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address questions.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in our systems.
