Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Pathway Tracker to provide administrative support for the Medicine Directorate. You will collect, record, analyse and report data to monitor RTT targets and ensure timely patient progression through the clinical pathway.

The role involves coordinating the pathway across health records, radiology and pathology, liaising with multiple departments, and ensuring effective progression of around 200 patients at any one time.

Qualificações

• Extensive and demonstrable knowledge and experience to at least RSA Level 3 or equivalent
• Experience in a variety of administration settings

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff to arrange appointments or referrals within or outside the organisation.
• Question delays in patient pathways using tact and escalation to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and escalate issues in waiting times and treatment schedules.
• Handle telephone, email and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and sequence the clinical pathway for a broad patient cohort (approx. 200).
• Use information systems to document and share pathway updates with clinicians and support staff.
