Capula Investment Management LLP in London seeks a seasoned Business Management professional to help coordinate strategic projects across Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Product Control and Compliance. The role focuses on our Fixed Income business, partnering with Rates, FX and EM trading desks to drive key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in an operations/ business management role.
• Fixed Income background, ideally with exposure to Rates, FX and Emerging Markets (EM)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop and utilize project management tools to ensure progress is tracked efficiently.
• Measure performance effectively, manage changes within project scope and escalate as needed.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and third parties to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure all parties understand responsibilities and expectations to avoid risks.
• Absorb new information quickly and understand product nuances for project success.
• Carry out other duties as reasonably required.
• Develop knowledge of fixed income products by working with Rates, FX and EM desks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
