Job summary

Capula Ltd. is seeking a Business Management professional to drive project delivery across the firm, with a strong emphasis on the Fixed Income desk (Rates, FX, EM).

You will partner with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Product Control, Legal and Compliance to execute strategic initiatives. The role offers exposure to hedge fund operations and provides opportunities to learn from senior leadership, develop project management skills, and contribute to regulatory and onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in an operations/business management role; Fixed Income background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Develop and utilize project management tools to track progress.
• Measure performance, manage change within project scope, and communicate risks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to optimize resource use and knowledge sharing.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
