Bloomberg is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the TEMS Financial Solutions team in London. You will drive multi-project delivery across Fixed Income workflows, coordinating with Software Integration Engineers and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget go-lives.

You will oversee scope management, risk mitigation, and capacity planning, ensuring delivery meets contractual commitments while maintaining strong client relationships and product alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in capital markets, electronic trading or fintech.
• Experience taking projects through to client go-live including UAT and cutover.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the judgement to escalate when needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple concurrent client engagements across Bloomberg TEMS order and execution management platforms.
• Partner with Software Integration Engineers to convert scope into plans, milestones and go-live schedules.
• Track delivery commitments with engineering teams and manage dependencies to prevent schedule slippage.
• Manage risks, issues and changes, and communicate status to leadership and clients.
