Qualifications

• 5-7 years in asset management or investment/product specialist role delivering subject-matter expertise
• Strong understanding of fixed income markets and EM debt
• Ability to distill technical concepts into clear client-facing messages
• Comfort with front-office systems and market platforms (Bloomberg)
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to produce timely investment insights
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive, collaborative mindset

Responsabilités

• Represent Capital Group’s fixed income capabilities to clients and internal teams
• Serve as SME for EM debt, engaging with client-facing colleagues and sometimes external clients
• Develop investment narratives, product messaging and thought leadership for regional needs
• Provide timely investment content for meetings, campaigns and product updates
• Support sales strategy and distribution through product advocacy
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform messaging and differentiation
• Collaborate across Europe, Asia and North America to deliver coordinated outcomes
• Support additional fixed income initiatives and project work
