Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Trade Execution Management Systems (TEMS) in London. You will lead multiple concurrent client engagements, partnering with Software Integration Engineers to drive on-time delivery from signed contract through go-live and steady state.

You will coordinate with engineering, product and client stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, and risk, ensuring successful deployments in Fixed Income workflows and thorough change control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in capital markets or fintech.
• Proven track record delivering projects through go-live, UAT, cutover.
• Experience coordinating with software engineering teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing scope, change control and budgets on time-and-materials or fixed-price engagements.
• Strong problem-solving and the judgement to escalate where needed.
• Clear, confident communication with senior client stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across multiple projects delivering TEMS platforms for Fixed Income workflows.
• Partner with Software Integration Engineers to translate customer scope into delivery plans and milestones.
• Track product deliveries with engineering teams and reset client expectations as needed.
• Identify and flag risks early and unblock delivery with stakeholders.
• Manage scope and commercials, log changes and track budget burn.
• Coordinate with Professional Services leadership to manage client sentiment and account reviews.
• Ensure alignment of technical plans with project milestones through UAT and production cutover.
• Maintain logs of risks, issues and decisions for leadership review.
• Forecast capacity to inform staffing decisions and improve delivery templates and governance.
