NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Part Time Fixed Assets Assistant (0.5 WTE) in Corporate Finance to support the fixed asset register across multiple sites. The role requires attention to asset data quality and strong collaboration with finance staff.

You will report to the Fixed Assets Manager and assist in asset verification, data coordination and compliance with statutory requirements. Flexible working options may be discussed where service allows.

Formación

• Experience in maintaining and reporting fixed assets and asset registers.
• Good communication, organisational and IT skills are essential.
• Knowledge of NHS financial policies and capital accounting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating data for the fixed asset system and ensure accuracy in the ledger.
• Support asset verification exercises with heads of departments.
• Provide advice and direction from the Fixed Assets Manager and liaise with senior managers.
