Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting for a Duty Security Manager to oversee security operations at a London site. You will lead a frontline team, manage incidents, and coordinate with clients and emergency services to maintain a five-star safety standard.

The role requires the ability to work 4 on/off shifts, 7am–7pm, with day shifts across Monday to Sunday, and a strong track record in corporate security leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven service delivery within a demanding corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills to compile detailed reports and security practices.
• IT literate with ability to work in multiple system applications.
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive with time management and prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Actively monitoring health and welfare of all employees on site.
• Liaison with client and emergency services during incidents.
• Ensure frontline officers are familiar with site procedures.
• Conduct staff checks, appraisals, meetings and disciplinary hearings.
• Oversee incident management, site logs and incident reporting.
• Lead all incidents on site until Gold Command takes over.
• Daily briefings with security and site operations teams.
• Oversee operational functions of the building and propose solutions.
• Daily walk-rounds to identify hazards affecting security operations.
• Maintain staff service and uniform standards 24/7.
