Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa is seeking an ambitious Assistant Front Office Manager to join our luxury five-star team in Southampton. You will work closely with the Front of House Manager to drive seamless front desk operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role, such as Reception Manager or Front Office Manager.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining five-star standards.
• Handles guest feedback, resolves complaints and provides solutions.
• Understanding of Front Office operations including billing and revenue posting.
• Working knowledge of OPERA.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and ambition to progress within luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Front Office operations.
• Lead the reception team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
