Job summary

Colliers UK is seeking a personable Customer Experience Team Member for 55 Ludgate Hill in central London. You will deliver a five-star hospitality experience for occupiers, guests, agents and visitors, working closely with the Property Management team to foster a welcoming community.

We’re looking for individuals with hospitality or premium front-of-house backgrounds, exceptional communication, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with proven customer service excellence.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Desire to continuously improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to occupiers and visitors.
• Act as ambassador for 55 Ludgate Hill and the Colliers Beyond brand.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers, visitors, agents, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate visitor arrivals and manage visitor management systems.
• Support engagement initiatives, events, and social value programmes.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and digital communications.
• Conduct tours and viewings for prospective occupiers.
• Arrange occupier services including restaurant bookings and transport.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain immaculate reception and customer-facing areas.
• Monitor building issues and liaise with Facilities Management.
• Maintain records and support day-to-day admin tasks.
